• Donor & Member Information: Full name, verified mobile number, email address, transaction references, and payment intents (General Sadaqah, Zakat, Lillah).
• Welfare Beneficiary Records: Medical diagnostics, hospital estimation receipts, verified identity proofs, photographs, and field assessment details required to authenticate medical appeals.
• Institutional Committee Data: Authorized representative names, roles, committee affiliations, and phone numbers for masajid and madrasa listings.
• Device & Geographic Data: Browser type, IP address, and precise GPS bearings (collected strictly upon user prompt to identify nearest Jama'at or calculate local prayer timings).

3. Purpose & Data Processing

We use your data solely for legitimate organizational activities:

• Issuing electronic receipts, donor ledger slips, and tracking allocation toward verified cases.
• Displaying authenticated hospital proofs publicly to guarantee complete transparent auditing while redacting sensitive government identifiers.
• Verifying community authorities and institutional records under our Tasdeeq verification system.
• Delivering geolocation-based prayer timings and Qibla bearings.

4. Medical Records & Secure Storage

All beneficiary identity documentation and medical estimates are kept in isolated file repositories outside the public web root. Documents served for public verification are strictly restricted to authenticated hospital reports vetted by our staff, with administrative access managed by scoped user permissions.

5. Payment & Financial Data

Online contributions are processed through verified third-party payment gateways and UPI rails. Hidayat Foundation of India does not store debit/credit card CVVs, net-banking PINs, or UPI security pins. We store transaction IDs, timestamps, and allocated amounts for ledger audit compliance.
